This afternoon I went to the elementary school near my house, and practiced shooting 3s. I found a vital skill to shoot far and power-saving, which is using eyes to track the basketball. In my previous hooping exprience, I tend to watch the rim and shoot mid ranges and 3s, but it'll cause a problem, the ball didn't have enough angle to fly, so my ball always fly in a flat way, and no matter how much strength I impose, the ball went short easily. With eyes looking up, the angle of the basketball will automatically go up. It is very interesting when I just understood this amazing phenamenon, because I finally found the right way to shoot.
