 Today I attended a cycling class in the gym with my mom, and I have had a tough session there.

Because I was stricted to myself, I enlarge my bikes drag without hesitation when the coach let us to do it, and I cycling with a great drag but few rest during the whole session. The coach also had us cycling by stance, which make cycling more tired.

Anyway,  I have conducted the coach's instructions very well, and works a lot on cardio function, I am ao happy to finish the whole class, today is really a great day.
