  Recently, a famous tourist attraction in Taiwan is appealing to travelers around the country, a spectacular flower field, known for it's massive beautiful flowers, but it had been reported that some courtless tourists were stepped right onto the flowers, which has devastated the eco systems and tremendously damaged the scenary of the flowerfield.

     From a tourist point of view, I think it was a very shameful behave to ignore the sign and step right onto those beautiful flowers, because of this act, the owner of the flower field may lost tens of thousands of dollars, and it could break the trust between the owner and the travelers, the owner might eract fences to ristrict tourists from getting closer to appreciate to the vibrant flowers. I think the reason why causing this horoble thing is the lack of conscience, because of they were not taught to respect to each other, they were only taught to score high in tests and peform well in their academic performance, but lack of the eduaction of mortality. The best way to prevent from the occurance of the similar things is to educate every children in our nation from being a righteous person, rather than educating them from only focusing on studying, we must to enhance the importance of the concept of mortality, or these kind of depressing things will occur again.

  原因ㄧ：破壞專注力 一直想要滑手機，而忽略正事的原因是大腦會對滑手機這行為分泌多巴胺，讓我們產生愉悅的感覺。做正事獲得的成就感也是多巴胺造成的，只不過往往需要很多時間才能獲得，導致我們更傾向透過滑手機來愉悅自己。 原因二：降低自我價值感 在社群媒體上我們常常覺得別任過得比自己好，進而覺得自己很失敗。但殊不知那些能夠Po上去的都是大家生活的片段而已，並不是別人無時無刻都過得那麼開心。 原因三：造成情緒內耗 滑手機而不做正事會使我們覺得很自責，感到心煩意亂，接著又會需要多巴胺，接著又開始滑手機，如此一來便產生了惡性循環。 原因四：影響行為模式 周圍的人們總是在談論我們不知道的事情時，某些人會感到心煩意亂，因此就會更加頻繁的檢查手機，看看有什麼最新潮流，以免自己跟不上。雖然我是不會啦。 原因五：影響人際關係 大家習慣用手機傳訊息或被手機綁架時，手機會取代正常的社交模式，個人因此可能變得越來越不習慣溝通，吃飯聚會時都在滑手機，惡性循環下溝通能力會嚴重銳減。 原因六：影響睡眠 藍光會抑制褪黑激素的釋放，負面消息則會讓大腦釋放壓力賀爾蒙，導致睡眠失調。 原因七：延遲人生發展 滑手機造成大量的時間浪費，那些時間原本可以拿來做更有意義的事，導致原本光明的人生因此陷入了黑暗。 心得感想 滑手機真的是一件十分可怕的活動，他會慢慢蠶食掉我們大腦的功能、壓縮寶貴的時間，而我們一但養成了滑手機的習慣，將會造成如此多的負面影響。其中我覺得最可怕的影響是破壞專注力，這使得現代人越來越靜不下心來學習，雖然以後大腦可能會慢慢地被人工智慧取代，但是我覺得這樣蠻可悲的，人類會慢慢失去優勢，直至被其他更有優勢的生命取代。
