 Hello professors, my name is 洪苡齊, and I am a student from Kaohsiung Senior High School.

During high school, I gradually became interested in the connection between life science and technology. 

One of the most unforgettable experiences for me was learning how to give iv fluids to my cat with kidney disease. At first, I was nervous and hesitant, but after several attempts, I became more stable and realized the importance of responsibility and decision-making when facing real-life situations. This experience made me more interested in biology and animal care.

Besides biology, I also enjoy interdisciplinary learning. I used AI tools to develop a “Dream Planning Assistant” website, where I learned how to turn ideas into actual systems and improve them through problem-solving and logical thinking.

In the future, I hope to study biotechnology and explore how technology and biology can work together to solve real-world problems. Thank you.

 Today my chemistry teacher taught us some concepts related to catalyst, a myth about if catalyst join the reaction, the answer is yes, what's more, different catalyst can lead to different product in the same chemistry reaction.   原因ㄧ：破壞專注力 一直想要滑手機，而忽略正事的原因是大腦會對滑手機這行為分泌多巴胺，讓我們產生愉悅的感覺。做正事獲得的成就感也是多巴胺造成的，只不過往往需要很多時間才能獲得，導致我們更傾向透過滑手機來愉悅自己。 原因二：降低自我價值感 在社群媒體上我們常常覺得別任過得比自己好，進而覺得自己很失敗。但殊不知那些能夠Po上去的都是大家生活的片段而已，並不是別人無時無刻都過得那麼開心。 原因三：造成情緒內耗 滑手機而不做正事會使我們覺得很自責，感到心煩意亂，接著又會需要多巴胺，接著又開始滑手機，如此一來便產生了惡性循環。 原因四：影響行為模式 周圍的人們總是在談論我們不知道的事情時，某些人會感到心煩意亂，因此就會更加頻繁的檢查手機，看看有什麼最新潮流，以免自己跟不上。雖然我是不會啦。 原因五：影響人際關係 大家習慣用手機傳訊息或被手機綁架時，手機會取代正常的社交模式，個人因此可能變得越來越不習慣溝通，吃飯聚會時都在滑手機，惡性循環下溝通能力會嚴重銳減。 原因六：影響睡眠 藍光會抑制褪黑激素的釋放，負面消息則會讓大腦釋放壓力賀爾蒙，導致睡眠失調。 原因七：延遲人生發展 滑手機造成大量的時間浪費，那些時間原本可以拿來做更有意義的事，導致原本光明的人生因此陷入了黑暗。 心得感想 滑手機真的是一件十分可怕的活動，他會慢慢蠶食掉我們大腦的功能、壓縮寶貴的時間，而我們一但養成了滑手機的習慣，將會造成如此多的負面影響。其中我覺得最可怕的影響是破壞專注力，這使得現代人越來越靜不下心來學習，雖然以後大腦可能會慢慢地被人工智慧取代，但是我覺得這樣蠻可悲的，人類會慢慢失去優勢，直至被其他更有優勢的生命取代。
