 Today I finished the mid-term exam with both joy and pity. In the morning, I was taking math exam, and a simple question stocked me for a long time, so I decided to skip it and do it later, but when I finally came up with the answer, I filled it wrong on my bubble sheet, and it is really depressing.

In the afternoon, I wasn't looking forward to my physics exam, because the chapters of it are hard as fuck, but when I actually writing it, I found it much more easier than I expected before, and I even have a chance to pass the exam this time, now I'm really excited to have a good grades on it.

  原因ㄧ：破壞專注力 一直想要滑手機，而忽略正事的原因是大腦會對滑手機這行為分泌多巴胺，讓我們產生愉悅的感覺。做正事獲得的成就感也是多巴胺造成的，只不過往往需要很多時間才能獲得，導致我們更傾向透過滑手機來愉悅自己。 原因二：降低自我價值感 在社群媒體上我們常常覺得別任過得比自己好，進而覺得自己很失敗。但殊不知那些能夠Po上去的都是大家生活的片段而已，並不是別人無時無刻都過得那麼開心。 原因三：造成情緒內耗 滑手機而不做正事會使我們覺得很自責，感到心煩意亂，接著又會需要多巴胺，接著又開始滑手機，如此一來便產生了惡性循環。 原因四：影響行為模式 周圍的人們總是在談論我們不知道的事情時，某些人會感到心煩意亂，因此就會更加頻繁的檢查手機，看看有什麼最新潮流，以免自己跟不上。雖然我是不會啦。 原因五：影響人際關係 大家習慣用手機傳訊息或被手機綁架時，手機會取代正常的社交模式，個人因此可能變得越來越不習慣溝通，吃飯聚會時都在滑手機，惡性循環下溝通能力會嚴重銳減。 原因六：影響睡眠 藍光會抑制褪黑激素的釋放，負面消息則會讓大腦釋放壓力賀爾蒙，導致睡眠失調。 原因七：延遲人生發展 滑手機造成大量的時間浪費，那些時間原本可以拿來做更有意義的事，導致原本光明的人生因此陷入了黑暗。 心得感想 滑手機真的是一件十分可怕的活動，他會慢慢蠶食掉我們大腦的功能、壓縮寶貴的時間，而我們一但養成了滑手機的習慣，將會造成如此多的負面影響。其中我覺得最可怕的影響是破壞專注力，這使得現代人越來越靜不下心來學習，雖然以後大腦可能會慢慢地被人工智慧取代，但是我覺得這樣蠻可悲的，人類會慢慢失去優勢，直至被其他更有優勢的生命取代。
