Today I took a class about bouncing bed in the gym, it was quite hard to follow the teacher's movement, because some movements require extensive body coordination and sense of melody, and my limbs couldn't connect with my brain. As for the extent of tireness, I don't think it's a difficulty for me, it was just some cardio workout. At the end of the class, we did exercises to train abs, and this made me agonied because my core isn't sturdy enough, so I will need to work harder on training my core power.
