  原因ㄧ:破壞專注力 一直想要滑手機,而忽略正事的原因是大腦會對滑手機這行為分泌多巴胺,讓我們產生愉悅的感覺。做正事獲得的成就感也是多巴胺造成的,只不過往往需要很多時間才能獲得,導致我們更傾向透過滑手機來愉悅自己。 原因二:降低自我價值感 在社群媒體上我們常常覺得別任過得比自己好,進而覺得自己很失敗。但殊不知那些能夠Po上去的都是大家生活的片段而已,並不是別人無時無刻都過得那麼開心。 原因三:造成情緒內耗 滑手機而不做正事會使我們覺得很自責,感到心煩意亂,接著又會需要多巴胺,接著又開始滑手機,如此一來便產生了惡性循環。 原因四:影響行為模式 周圍的人們總是在談論我們不知道的事情時,某些人會感到心煩意亂,因此就會更加頻繁的檢查手機,看看有什麼最新潮流,以免自己跟不上。雖然我是不會啦。 原因五:影響人際關係 大家習慣用手機傳訊息或被手機綁架時,手機會取代正常的社交模式,個人因此可能變得越來越不習慣溝通,吃飯聚會時都在滑手機,惡性循環下溝通能力會嚴重銳減。 原因六:影響睡眠 藍光會抑制褪黑激素的釋放,負面消息則會讓大腦釋放壓力賀爾蒙,導致睡眠失調。 原因七:延遲人生發展 滑手機造成大量的時間浪費,那些時間原本可以拿來做更有意義的事,導致原本光明的人生因此陷入了黑暗。 心得感想 滑手機真的是一件十分可怕的活動,他會慢慢蠶食掉我們大腦的功能、壓縮寶貴的時間,而我們一但養成了滑手機的習慣,將會造成如此多的負面影響。其中我覺得最可怕的影響是破壞專注力,這使得現代人越來越靜不下心來學習,雖然以後大腦可能會慢慢地被人工智慧取代,但是我覺得這樣蠻可悲的,人類會慢慢失去優勢,直至被其他更有優勢的生命取代。

 I had a biological experiment about photosynthesis this morning, and it was designed by a famous biologist, Hill. The purpose about the experiment was to figure out whether sunlight or chloroplast affect the photosynthesis, the result is both of them are the elements lead to photosynthesis.  Today I attended a cycling class in the gym with my mom, and I have had a tough session there. Because I was stricted to myself, I enlarge my bikes drag without hesitation when the coach let us to do it, and I cycling with a great drag but few rest during the whole session. The coach also had us cycling by stance, which make cycling more tired. Anyway,  I have conducted the coach's instructions very well, and works a lot on cardio function, I am ao happy to finish the whole class, today is really a great day. ✅ Corrected English Version Today, I attended a cycling class at the gym with my mom, and it was a tough session. Because I was strict with myself, I increased my bike’s resistance without hesitation when the coach told us to. I cycled with heavy resistance and took very few breaks throughout the whole session.  Today I took a gym class on pilatis. It was so hard that I was exhausted after the class, it trains core extensively and requires arm power and body flexibility a lot, the part suffered me the most is I have to maintain a intensive post for a while, it really tortured me and tested my endurance. I am proud of myself for insist doing these movements for an hour, only with a few breaks. Today I took a gym class on Pilates . It was so challenging that I felt exhausted afterward. Pilates trains the core extensively and also demands plenty of arm strength and flexibility. The part that made me suffer the most was having to hold an intense pose for an extended time—it really tortured me and tested my endurance. Still, I’m proud of myself for sticking with the movements for a full hour, taking only a few short breaks. 今天我上了一堂 皮拉提斯 課。這堂課非常有挑戰性,下課後我已經筋疲力盡。皮拉提斯對核心訓練非常徹底,同時也需要大量的手臂力量和柔軟度。 最折磨我的部分是必須長時間保持高強度的姿勢,這真的考驗了我的耐力。但我為自己感到驕傲——我堅持做完了一整個小時的動作,只休息了幾次。

 Today I took a class about bouncing bed in the gym, it was quite hard to follow the teacher's movement, because some movements require extensive body coordination and sense of melody, and my limbs couldn't connect with my brain. As for the extent of tireness, I don't think it's a difficulty for me, it was just some cardio workout. At the end of the class, we did exercises to train abs, and this made me agonied because my core isn't sturdy enough, so I will need to work harder on training my core power. Today, I took a class on the bouncing bed in the gym. It was quite hard to follow the teacher’s movements because some of them required a high level of body coordination and rhythm, and my limbs didn’t seem to connect with my brain. As for how tiring it was, I don’t think that was a big problem for me — it felt more like a cardio workout.
