This morning I finished the whole review on the GSAT realm of Biology and Earth Science.  It's a good news to me, because I would have more time review on other subjects like Math or Physics, both of them are my weak points, I had trouble with Math in almost my first and second year in high school, though I have more comprehension with Math then before, I still need to get acquainted with the chapters I've learned bad before. As for physics, it's the same situation, but Now I feel more comfortable when reviewing it.  This morning my brother and I biking to 中寮山, and we made a big circle in the Kaosiung rural place, from our home to 中寮山, then slid down to 斜張橋 and 佛光山, turn right to 義大世界, in the end we pass 仁武 and returned home. It was quite a ride that we spent 2 hours and 30 miniutes, rode 70 kilometers and ascended 670 meters in total, there were some steep slopes in the riding, and I overcome them very properly so that my brother made compliments to me, for a person who first time riding this route and without a pair of cycling shoes, the performance is better than expected. Today I worked hard on reviewing psysics, and the chapter is about energy, there's a wide range of energy, like mechanical energy, chemical energy, nuclear energy, electronical energy....... While the point I reviewed today is mechanical energy, it's pretty simple, just memorize some formula then I'll be all right. Today I did a cloze test, and I got 20 corrects out of 24 questions. Since I started to read english magzines and memorize vocabularies, I found myself made a big process on English reading comprehension and cloze, my reading speed has increased, understood more vocabularies and  my comprehension improved a lot, which made me feel easier when dealing with whatever advanced cloze or reading comprehension. Forming a habit of learning English is so important, because it could enhance english performance, thus makes us being a better male or female. They use a lot of words to wrap the question, and there are many different types of equipment to judge the current's or the magnetic force directions. I assume that only by familiarize myself with the questiond can I get high scores in this chapter, except from learning the textbook's knowledge, practice is also important.  Today I reviewed biology, and learned some knowledge about taxonomy, taxonomy is classify of species.  There are seven level in the taxonomy, from far to close are Kingdom(界), Phylum(門), Class(綱), Order(目), Family(科), Genus(屬), Species(種). In comparison of two spicies, the more they resemble, the closer their taxonomy are. For example, tiger and monkey, who's relationship is closer to mankind, tiger shares the same class with mankind, while monkey shares the same order, so monkey has the closer relationship than tiger has to mankind.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PRyk3KWPEbA 一  影片重點:   生活中總是會遇到各種難題，順利解決的話自然很好；但要是沒有辦法解決的話，會成為一個麻煩，使我們煩躁、沒自信。今天這部影片是一本書叫做「 挫折逆轉勝 The Obstacle is the Way」 的讀書心得，它裡面包含了三個問題解決步驟:Perception, Action以及Will，使我們在生活種遇到難題時可以換個角度思考，而不是一昧的抱怨，如此一來自身能力就會有所進步。 二  摘要: 步驟一 Perception 觀點:  面對困難時常常令人煩躁與疲憊，很有可能需要轉換觀點，以下介紹3個轉換觀點的方法。 1. 學會控制情緒: 當遇到無法掌控的事情時，要先學會控制情緒，改變自身的情緒總比想著改變無法掌控的事情好。 2.練習客觀看待問題: 以旁觀者的角度看待問題，會比主觀看待問題還要更全面。簡單來說就是把自己的問題想像成是別人的，然後給別人建議。 3.從困境找到成長的機會: 試著從困境中找到成長的機會，會使我們更用心地看待困境，而且還能藉機提升自我。 步驟二 Action 行動: 1.專注在每個步驟: 把大問題拆解成許多小步驟後再開始處理，解決難題時不要一直想著要解決問題，而是要專注在每個步驟，一步驟一步驟地做，自然也就容易許多。 2.迭代: 就是在失敗中不斷改進，可以先做一個簡單的樣本，然後再慢慢補足缺漏。如果一次花很久的時間做出一個不符合期待的作品，就會需要花時間改進，就很浪費時間。 步驟三 Will 意志: 在不管多困難的情況下，都要維持動力。有個方法是把自己的問題想成大家的問題，不會只有自己獨自面對，而是許多人都遭遇過類似的問題，這樣想就會讓自己有自信些，比較有堅持下去的動力。 心得 整理完摘要之後我學到了三個解決問題的步驟。從變換看待困境的角度，我們可以從困境裡學習。行動時把問題拆分，並不斷地改進錯誤。最後必須保有意志，在艱苦的環境下仍要找到激勵自我持續前進的方法。這段影片對我來說很有說服力，我感覺我面對困難時少的就是其中幾點，當下次遇到困境時，我會試著使用今天影片的內容，相信我一定會有大幅度的進步的。

FAST 學習法 Familiarize 熟悉 步驟一：列出關鍵詞 學習之前先列舉出有關的詞彙並熟悉，有助於之後的學習。 步驟二：區分核心概念和細節 跟拼拼圖一樣，先把大致的輪廓處理完，之後再來處理細節。 步驟三：確立學習目標 理解學習的目的，如果不理解的話，學習就會變得很被動，效果也會大打折扣。 Architect 知識架構化 步驟一：畫出概念圖(Concept Map) 能幫助連結新舊知識，建立學習網路，讓學習更直觀，整體學習更有效率。 步驟二：關聯大局(The big picture) 把學習跟學習的目的連結在一起，這樣能幫助我們把知識運用到實際的問題中。 Sketch 繪製思考流程(Thought process) 方法一：用圖像取代文字 用專屬於自己的筆記圖案，可以幫助我們更容易吸收知識。 方法二：類比學習(Analogy) 將難懂的概念用淺顯易懂的方式類比，例如ATP是細胞內的能量貨幣，粒線體是能量工廠等。能幫助我們記住更複雜的知識，並且長久存在於腦海中。 方法三：視覺化架構(Visual Framework ) 利用各種圖表如文氏圖、流程圖等，也可以幫助記憶。 Tidy 整理 將複習的脈絡畫出來，重新整理，能夠幫助我們更快速的掌握整體脈絡以及邏輯架構。 心得 以我的觀點來說，這些都是很有用的筆記小技巧，其中作者大量強調將筆記圖像化，把知識的架構畫出來，並透過小技巧將複雜的知識比擬為淺顯易懂的日常事物，其中邏輯是一樣的，只是把複雜的名詞替換成容易理解的物品。這些技巧並不需要聰明的大腦就可以掌握，是非常適合普通人的筆記方式。
